Last week, I skeptically dissected a book preview from futurist Douglas Rushkoff, whose forthcoming book Present Shock will tackle issues like sustainability, sufficiency and corporate dominance of the economy.

The preview he wrote was quite short, and while intriguing, it brought up many more questions than it answered.

Now, Co.exist (who featured the article originally) is following up by hosting an online discussion with the author.  I unfortunately can’t make it, as I will be out of town, but if you’re interested, check it out here and follow the link to sign up for the web broadcast.  The conversation will be moderated, and they will take your questions.  And if you do attend, please come back to Cosmic Revolutions to tell us all what you learned!

The discussion is this Friday, April 12, at 2pm ET / 11am PT.
